1. Understanding the Vision

2. Engineering & Design Detailing

Once the concept is clear, our design team transforms preliminary sketches into detailed shop drawings and 3D models. Using industry-standard software, we model every beam, joint, and connection to ensure a seamless fabrication and installation process. These technical documents become the blueprint for all subsequent phases.

Whether it’s a custom staircase, structural frame, canopy, or full building skeleton, we account for tolerances, connection points, site-specific loads, and compliance with Eurocodes and local construction regulations.

3. In-House Steel Fabrication

With designs approved, fabrication begins at GML’s fully equipped workshop. Our skilled technicians and certified welders cut, shape, drill, and assemble steel components using CNC plasma cutting, MIG/MAG welding, and precise quality control systems.

We work with a wide variety of steel types—from mild to stainless—depending on structural requirements and environmental conditions. Surface treatments such as galvanizing, powder coating, or priming are applied to enhance corrosion resistance and durability.

4. Quality Assurance & Testing

Before any component leaves our facility, it undergoes a strict quality assurance process. Our QA/QC team inspects all welds, fittings, and finishes to ensure compliance with client specifications and safety standards. Where required, non-destructive testing (NDT) is carried out to verify internal integrity.

This attention to detail not only guarantees structural soundness but also reduces on-site adjustments and project delays—saving time and cost.

5. On-Site Delivery & Installation

Once fabrication is complete, GML coordinates logistics to transport and install the steelwork efficiently and safely. Our experienced erection team handles lifting, alignment, bolting, and final adjustments using certified equipment and safety protocols.
