After months of meticulous planning and precision execution, the team at General Maintenance Ltd., in collaboration with key subcontractors, successfully delivered the design, fabrication, and installation of a bespoke steel and timber rooftop structure for Best Western.

This project involved the creation of a visually striking yet highly functional rooftop feature, seamlessly blending industrial-grade steel framing with the natural warmth of timber cladding. The structure was carefully engineered to enhance the building’s architectural appeal while ensuring durability and resistance to the coastal environment.
