Scope of Works:

The project involved the complete design, fabrication, and erection of a custom steel frame structure, with integrated roofing and side cladding solutions. The building’s layout called for wide clear spans and open interior volume, making precision steelwork and secure panel integration critical.

GML supplied:

Heavy-gauge structural steel columns and roof trusses
Steel floor beams and intermediate framing
Installation of insulated roof sheeting and vertical wall panels
On-site welding, sealing, and finishing
