General Maintenance Ltd. (GML) was appointed to carry out the structural steel fabrication and installation for a new facility at Quintano Foods Ltd., a prominent name in Malta’s food and beverage distribution industry.

This project required a robust and highly functional steel frame solution to support large open-plan storage areas, refrigeration zones, and service access routes—all designed to meet the strict operational demands of food logistics.

Scope of Works:

Fabrication of primary and secondary structural steel elements including columns, beams, trusses, and bracing systems.
On-site erection and alignment, with bolt and weld connections performed to tight tolerances for safety and load compliance.
Integration of steel framework with civil works and cladding to allow seamless continuation of the project by other contractors.
